As per the averments made in the application, applicant/respondent No.2-Yashpal alias Yashwant Kumar has now attained majority. In order to demonstrate the said fact, copy of matriculation certificate of the applicant, has also been annexed with the application, according to which, his date of birth is 01.07.2004. In view of above, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the guardian of the applicant- respondent No.2, is ordered to be discharged. The application is, thus, disposed of.
