By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to discharge the guardian of respondent No.2, i.e. the father of respondent No.2.
As per the averments made in the application, applicant/respondent No.2-Yashpal alias Yashwant Kumar has now attained majority. In order to demonstrate the said fact, copy of matriculation certificate of the applicant, has also been annexed with the application, according to which, his date of birth is 01.07.2004.
In view of above, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the guardian of the applicant- respondent No.2, is ordered to be discharged.

Notice of the application be issued to the non- applicant, returnable for 07.04.2026, on taking steps within seven days.
