Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 324(5), 324(6), 326(f) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Sahil Raza and Afsar Waris, have already been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.03.2026 passed in B.A. No. 1046 of 2026. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 24.08.2025. Hence, the petitioner may be given the privilege of regular bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for bail. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of 2026:JHHC:12747 2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Charhi P.S.
