ORDER:
The civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. against the order dated 06.01.2025, allowing E.P. No.58 of 2022 in O.S. No.47 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kandukur, filed under Order XXI, Rules 37 and 38 C.P.C.
2. Ms. T. Jyothi, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, submitted that the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat before the trial Court on 14.03.2026 and that the relief sought in the revision petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
