The Petitioner is before this court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus and direct the respondent No. 2 to consider the Statement of Objections vide representation dated 24.04.2026 and pass order in accordance with law. b. pass such other order/s, grant such relief/s as this Hon'ble High Court deems fit in accordance with Law. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24659 WP No. 14812 of 2026 3.
