Today when the matter has come up before this Court, Sri Ch.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in this Revision Petition does not survive, rendering the Revision Petition infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs of the Revision Petition.
