Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner has made an application for transfer on child medical ground, which is pending before the school authority. The school had duly issued ‘No Objection Certificate’ and declaration after conducting the relevant medical examination of the petitioner. 4. The school has not yet been able to forward the petitioner’s application to the concerned D.I. (S.E.) for onward progression of the application. 5. The petitioner is suffering from terminal ailments. In view thereof, respondent no. 6 will forward the 2 offline application of the petitioner, respondent no. 5, by April 25, 2026. 6. Respondent no. 5 will conduct the requisite verification including the medical certificate from the CMOH by May, 25, 2026, and forward the same to the Commission for onward progression by May 31, 2026. Commission will deal with the application as expeditiously as possible. 7. The suspension of ‘Utsashree Portal’ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode. 8. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 9. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 10.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
