This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “It is therefore just and essential that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representations dated 23.10.2024 and 18.02.2025 for allotment of land Sy.Nos.535, 536, 537, 539 and 540 earmarked in favour of the petitioner in UDL-4 of Amancherla Industrial Park, SPSR Nellore District or any alternative land in Sy.Nos. 439, 440, 441 and 442 in Amancherla Industrial Park, SPSR Nellore District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 19 (1)(g) of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to allot the above said land in favour of the petitioner in Un-Developed Land (UDL-4) on seniority basis at Amancherla Industrial Park, SPSR Nellore District, and to pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that though the petitioner had submitted the representations dated 23.10.2024 and 18.02.2025 for allotment of land Sy.Nos.535, 536, 537, 539 and 540 earmarked in favour of the petitioner in UDL-4 of Amancherla Industrial Park, SPSR Nellore District or any alternative land in Sy.Nos. 439, 440, 441 and 442 in Amancherla Industrial Park, SPSR Nellore District, the respondents did not act on the above said representations, hence, he prays this Court to direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders as per law. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce has no objection to consider contentions of the writ petitioner. 4 5. Having heard the submissions of the respected counsels, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merits, by directing the concerned respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representations of the writ petitioner dated 23.10.2024 and 18.02.2025 for allotment of land in Sy.Nos.535, 536, 537, 539 and 540 earmarked in favour of the petitioner in UDL-4 of Amancherla Industrial Park, SPSR Nellore District or any alternative land in Sy.Nos.439, 440, 441 and 442 in Amancherla Industrial Park, SPSR Nellore District, after providing opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties and pass speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as per law prescribed. 6. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
