1. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Section 310(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner has neither been named in the F.I.R. nor has been apprehended from the spot. He has been implicated in the present case on the alleged confessional statement of co-accused-Ankit Kumar, who has been named in the F.I.R. Co-accused-Vikash Kumar has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2026 passed in B.A. No. 215 of 2026. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph No. 10 of the present bail application. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 14.02.2026. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail.

3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Korra P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025.
