The Writ Petition has been filed against the order dated 30.10.2021 (Annexure P/1) whereby District Program Officer, Women & Child Development AVINASH SHARMA Digitally signed by AVINASH SHARMA Date: 2026.04.21 11:29:20 +0530 2 Department, Janjgir Champa C.G. has stayed the distribution and manufacturing of ‘ready to eat ’ food by the petitioner. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to set aside ANNEXURE P/1. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner. 2. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that threre is certain modification with regard to the ready to eat program. He submits that now the State authorities has given the responsibility of ready to eat program to the Chhattisgarh Seed & Agriculture Development Corporation, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would not dipute the submission made by leaned State counsel. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, nothing remains for adjudication in this case, as such, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
