By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.65/2021, registered with the Police Station Mahila Thana, District Baran for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 376 and 511 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual reported dated 20.08.2024 furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station, Mahila Thana, District Baran, has apprised this Court that after trial the accused-Abhinesh Jain @ Amit and Naresh have been acquitted by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Baran vide judgment dated 17.09.2022. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
