The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that an application made by her before the Pradhan, Amrasota Gram Panchayat, for sanction of a building plan for raising construction has not been responded to. However, it is not clear whether the application made by the petitioner before the Pradhan was delivered to the Pradhan. On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to submit a fresh application seeking sanction of the building plan in proper form before the Pradhan, Amrasota Gram Panchayat, being the 3rd respondent herein, within seven days from date. The 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within four weeks from the date of receipt thereof upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
