2. Mr. V.K. Dhapola, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. This is defendant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution against the grant of temporary injunction in favour of plaintiff / respondent. The miscellaneous appeal filed by petitioner was also dismissed, therefore, he has also challenged the judgment rendered by appellate court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement at the bar that since the suit itself has been decided, based on compromise dated 03.04.2025, therefore, the writ petition has become infructous. The order of the trial court, deciding the suit based on compromise, is produced in Court, which is taken on record.
5. In such view of the matter, the relief, as claimed in the writ petition, do not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
