Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "(a) ISSUE an order or direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh to consider and decide Complaint Case No. 291 of 2020 under Section 498A, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act P.S.-Mehnajpur, District- Azamgarh as expeditiously as possible within reasonable time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court to secure the ends of justice to petitioner and avoid inordinate delay in disposal of complainant case." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the husband before the court concerned. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh to decide the Complaint Case No. 291 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mehnajpur, District Azamgarh expeditiously, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mahendra Bahadur Singh, Vijeta Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Sudheendra Kumar Singh .....Petitioner(s) Rinki Singh .....Respondent(s) preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
