P.B.BALAJI., sr
ORDER The Revision itself was preferred as stop gap arrangement challenging the
order of recovery passed by the Executing Court on the ground that interim stay granted in S.A.No.81 of 2022 was not extended which pared way for the order of delivery.
2. Today, B.Balavijayan, learned counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that the petitioner has been able to list the second appeal and the order of interim stay has also been extended.
3. In the light of the above, I do not see any point in keeping the revision pending as it does not serve any purpose. Recording the same, the civil revision petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.02.2026 sr Index:yes/no Webstie:yes/no Speaking Order.Non-Speaking Order To The Principal District Munsif, Puducherry CRP No. 1718 of 2023 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
