By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered with the Sadar Police Station dated 29.07.2026, being FIR No. 269. The said FIR was registered at the behest of the respondent No. 4 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 74, 79, 115(2), 324(2), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
2. Learned Additional PP has tendered a report filed by the Police before the learned Magistrate on 31.08.2026. From a perusal of the said report, it appears that the Police after analysing the merits and demerits of the case, have come to the conclusion that the dispute is civil in nature and that no element of criminality is noticed/found in the said case.
3. In view of the said report filed by the Police before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.
4. Petion stands disposed of, accordingly.
