This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful and deliberate contempt of this Court’s order dated 31.10.2025, passed in WPSS No.1781 of 2025, Indra Vs. State of Uttarakhand, whereby the writ petition was disposed of on the assurance given by respondent-Nagar Palika Parishad that gratuity would be paid to the petitioner within two months and leave encashment and other dues would be paid within five months. 4. Now learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been complied with and the petitioner has been given all his retiral dues and nothing is left to be paid to the petitioner by the respondents. 5.
