Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondent No.4- Collector Chandrapur to take action in respect of the documents which are allegedly false and fabricated and submitted by respondent No.5 pursuant to the order dated 16.01.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8449/2026. 3. This Court while disposing of the aforesaid Writ Petition on 16.01.2026 had observed that it will be open for the appropriate authority to take adverse action against the petitioner i.e. respondent No.5 herein in accordance with law, with respect to the aforesaid certificates, if it deems fit to do so. This Court had further order that such action will 2026:BHC-NAG:11996-DB 2 107 wp 6872.26.odt..odt be taken strictly in accordance with law and by following principles of natural justice. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though such order passed on 16.01.2026 since respondent No.4-Collector, Chandrapur did not initiate any action, the petitioner on 09.04.2026 submitted a detailed complaint against respondent No.5 to the Collector, Chandrapur. The aforesaid complaint is at record page No.49 Annexure P-8. He further submits that today it is exactly 5 months after submitting of such complaint on 09.04.2026 and till date respondent No.4 has not initiated any inquiry or has not taken any action. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court. 5. Mr. Vinod Thakre, learned AGP who appears for the respondent No.4 submits that aforesaid complaint shall be looked into and shall be decided, if not decided earlier within stipulated period. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.4- Collector, Chandrapur to consider and decide the complaint dated 09.04.2026 which is at record page No.49 Annexure P-8 on its own merits and in accordance with law within stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of production of order of this Court. 7. Respondent No.4 is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to respondent No.5 before reaching to any conclusion. 3 107 wp 6872.26.odt..odt 8.
