Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to implement and give effect to the MOD communication/order dated 07.03.2026 issued by the Additional Director, Panchayati Raj, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be adjusted against the vacant post of Panchayat Secretary at Gram Panchayat Dabreda, Development Block Bamson Tauni Devi, District Hamirpur, in relaxation of the ban on transfer, and further directing respondent No. 3 to issue consequential orders forthwith enabling the petitioner to join at the place of adjustment within a time-bound period.” 2 2. A perusal of the documents appended with the petition demonstrates that what the petitioner is praying for is implementation of a proposal of transfer. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General has also placed on record instructions dated 17.03.2026, in terms whereof, it has been observed by the Authority that the petitioner may approach the Authority by way of a representation. 4. Accordingly, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that if any such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of one week qua the implementation of the proposal, let needful be done within a period of two weeks as from the date of the receipt thereof.
