ORDER
Heard Sri V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Arjun, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4.
2. The petitioners filed the above writ petition with an apprehension that the 4th respondent is attempting to mutate the names of unofficial respondents in respect of their extent of lands i.e. Ac.2.40 cents in S.No.149-3 and Ac.2.57 cents in S.No.149-4 in respect of 1st petitioner and an extent of Ac.2.09 cents in S.No.149-4; Ac.1.00 cents in S.No.149-5 & Ac.1.88 cents in S.No.149-6 in respect of 2nd petitioner in Marella village, Chelopalli Mandal, Markapuram District without following the due procedure.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the then Tahsildar assigned the lands to the petitioners and their names were updated in the Records of Rights and pattadar pass books were issued in favour of petitioners vide Exs.P1 and P2. Other revenue records are also filed.

Sri Arjun, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4, on the instructions of 4th respondent-Tahsildar, would submit that the 4th respondent has not received any application concerning change of names/mutation in respect of aforementioned lands. If any application is received, the authority will follow due procedure.
5. As seen from the written instructions of the 4th respondent, the petitioners approached the Court with a mere apprehension.
6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage, without touching the merits of the issues, with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to follow due procedure strictly as per law, if any application is received regarding the aforementioned lands. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
