2. According to petitioner, he was engaged as Shiksha Mitra in Government Primary School w.e.f. 11.07.2001 and he is serving as such ever since then. It is further his case that he qualified D.El.Ed in July, 2017 and thereafter passed TET-1 in January, 2020.
3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to consider his claim for grant of regular status on the post of Assistant Teacher. He has relied upon the Regularisation Rules, 2013 and also Government Orders dated 05.01.2015 and
17.11.2017.

5. He further submits that as per Government Policy, a Shiksha Mitra was required to qualify TET upto 31.03.2019, while petitioner qualified TET in 2020.
6. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met if petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority by making representation.
7. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to the Director (Elementary) within two weeks. If he makes representation, enclosing all requisite documents in support of his claim, the Director concerned shall examine the matter and pass appropriate order, as per law, within ten weeks thereafter.
