The alleged detenue namely Ms. Challa Akhila is also present. She has been produced by the 4th respondent –Station House Officer, Sattenapalli Town Police Station, Sattenapalli, Palnadu District. 3. The respondents 5 & 6 are also present along with their learned counsel namely Sri Ajay Kondaveeti. 4. The respondents as also the detenue have been identified by the petitioner. On a specific query being made, the detenue submits that she is 21 years of age and the 5th respondent also submits that his age is 27 years. 5. The detenue further submits that she has married the 5th respondent and is living with him out of her own free will, voluntarily as husband & wife and there is no compulsion on her. 6. Recording the same, the Writ for Habeas Corpus is dismissed.
