It is the case of the petitioner that she belongs to fishermen community and living near Marina Beach area. She has no house in her name and therefore, she has applied for a tenement in the second respondent Board. The second respondent did not allot a tenement. The petitioner's family members did not get any tenement in the Tsunami scheme. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 19.01.2024 for allotment of a house and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record. 6.
