After hearing arguments for some time and without prejudice to her rights and contentions, learned counsel for petitioners does not press the present petition, at this juncture. She, however, seeks liberty to file petition at a subsequent stage, once the investigation is over. 4. Present petition is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.
