Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the father of the petitioner Late Shri Mukesh Kumar Goyal was holding the post of Teacher in respondent-Department and after his death, petitioner has although submitted an application for seeking
[2026:RJ-JP:10203] (2 of 2) [CW-3854/2026] compassionate appointment yet, the same has not been decided by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to submit a representation before the respondents for redressing his grievances.

In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
