This is the second bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner Kabir Ahmed Choudhury has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Silchar P.S. Case No.875/2025 under Sections 117(2), 127(2), 3(5), 65(2), 74, 97 BNS, read with Section 12 and 6 of the POCSO Act 2012 read with Section 75/84 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act of 2015. 3. The accusation against the petitioner is that he applied chilly to the vagina of a 4 year old girl. 4. Today, no new ground has been pleaded while applying for bail.
