The case of the prosecution is that on 09.02.2026 at about 8 pm., the petitioner picked wordy quarrel with the defacto complainant and assaulted him with deadly weapon. Hence, this case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent, that according to the prosecution, the petitioner attacked the victim with deadly weapon, due to which, the victim sustained injury. The injured person was discharged from the hospital. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4. Whereas the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the sole ground that the petitioner has 5 other previous cases and investigation is still pending. While looking at the very submission made by the learned Government Advocate that investigation is still pending as the petitioner is under judicial custody only from 10.02.2026. this Court is of the opinion that it is not desirable to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this point of time. 6.
