Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo. Memo reads as under: "The Accused humbly submits that, 1. An amount of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand only) has been deposited on 27.05.2019 vide D.D. No.903452 as a statutory deposit, same shall be withdrawn by the Complainant. 2. An amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) has been deposited on 24.08.2022 vide D.D. The Appellant further submits that, the Appellant shall pay the remaining amount of Rs.1,90,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Thousand only) in 5 (five) instalments, which is as follows: a. 15.04.2026- Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Fourty Thousand only) b. 15.05.2026- Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Fourty Thousand only) c. 15.06.2026- Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Fourty Thousand only) d. 15.07.2026- Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Fourty Thousand only) e. 16.08.2026- Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only)" 2. Counsel for the respondent has endorsed no objection on the memo. 3. Placing the memo on record, petition stand disposed off. 4. Amount in deposit, if any, is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification. 5.
