In this regard, the contemnor has also taken a demand draft for a sum of Rs.18,710/- (Rupees eighteen thousand seven hundred and ten only), No.314460, dated 21.01.2026 in favour of the petitioner which was drawn on Union Bank of India and a photocopy of the demand draft has also been produced before the court. However, as none appears for the contempt petitioner, this court is of the view that the respondent contemnor shall despatch the demand draft to the address of the petitioner with acknowledgement due. 2.Since the order passed by this court has been complied with by the contemnor, the contempt petition is closed with the aforesaid observation.
