1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.4- Tahsildar, Mungeli Distt. Mungeli (CG) to decide the application dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioner for demarcation of his land, within stipulated period. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with other co-owners has joint ownership of Khasra No.532 area 0.190 hectare situated at village Ramgarh, PH No.17, Revenue Circle Mungeli, Tahsil & Distt. Mungeli. It is further submitted that the adjacent land owners are encroaching upon the aforesaid land, therefore, the petitioner filed application dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure-P/1) before Tahsildar, Mungeli seeking demarcation of the said land. The Tahsildar has also made communication to Revenue Inspector/Patwari for carrying out the demarcation. However, despite the same, the application (Annexure-P/1) has not been decided finally till date. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to consider and decide the application dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioner within stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection if the above prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, this petition is
disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner submits a copy of this order before respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Tahsil Mungeli, Distt. Mungeli (CG), within seven working days from today, then respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Tahsil Mungeli, Distt. Mungeli (CG) shall register a revenue case under Section 129 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 in respect of application dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure-P/1) filed by the petitioner. Thereafter after following due procedure in accordance with law, the said revenue case shall be decided, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With aforesaid observation and direction, this petition stands disposed of.
7. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
