According to them, they made a representation to the District Supply Officer, Nainital on 15.05.2026, but no decision has been taken thereupon. 4. Petitioners have sought a direction to the authority concerned to take decision on the said representation. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to take decision in the matter. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to District Supply Officer, Nainital to take decision on the representation made by petitioners, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
