Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2025. Additionally, it has been submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and date has been fixed for witness action. Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary. I have considered the medicolegal examination report of the victim. Having considered the age of the victim and the medicolegal examination report, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM(M) 587 of 2026 is dismissed.
