Shylla, PP ORDER: (Oral) By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a clarification of the judgment and order dated 15th April, 2026, inasmuch as, what is stated in paragraph 12 of the said judgment and order. 2. It is made clear that the petition, being Crl.Petn.No.85 of 2025, was filed only by Smti. Talat Nazia Begum, seeking quashing of the FIR and consequently, the chargesheet and as such, when the petition was allowed, it was obviously qua the petitioner therein. Hence, it is made clear that the said FIR and Serial No.01 Supplementary List 2026:MLHC:991 consequently, the chargesheet was quashed only qua the said petitioner-Smti. Talat Nazia Begum. 3. With the said clarification, the petition stands disposed of. 4. Needless to state that the proceeding to proceed against the other accused.
