JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER 14/01/2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. H. Mukam, also heard Ms. Livika, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 28 August, 2025 by which the service of the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f 30.07.2021. Accordingly, the petitioner states that the petition may be closed. The prayer of the writ petitioner in the present writ petition was for a direction to regularize his service as he has rendered his service for more then 30 years. As the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the order dated 28.08.2025, nothing remains in the writ petition to be adjudicated and accordingly the petition is disposed of.
