Heard Sri Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Siva Prasad Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that police opened a suspect sheet against the petitioner vide suspect sheet number 77 of Jaladanki Police Station, SPSR Nellore District. ::4::

At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to pursue appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his appropriate legal remedies, including challenging the suspect sheet, in accordance with law.
