Both the criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash FIR No. 130/2012 dated 02.07.2012 at Police Station Bhinai, District Ajmer for offences punishable under Section 420, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120-B of IPC. [2026:RJ-JP:20918] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4899/2020] 2. No one is present on behalf of the petitioners. Earlier also, on 30.10.2025 and 06.05.2026 when the case was called for hearing, no one appeared for the petitioners. 3. The allegations against the petitioners in the impugned First Information Report are of preparing forged documents regarding muster rolls and payments i.e. either in cash or by distribution of wheat coupons. 4. It has been averred in the memo of the petition that the allegations against the petitioners are false and fabricated. 5. Looking to the allegations made in the First Information Report, this Court at this stage cannot held that the allegations against the petitioners are false and fabricated, without there being any proper investigation based on the relevant documents. 6. After going through the allegation made in the First Information Report against the petitioners, this Court feels that this is not a fit case to exercise inherent jurisdiction to quash the FIR. 7. Accordingly, both the criminal miscellaneous petitions are dismissed. 8. The stay application and pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J 49-50/SHRUTI SHARMA
