In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned cancellation of GST Registration vide order dated 11.07.2019 with effect from 01.07.2018, pursuant to the reply dated 10.07.2019 of the petitioner to the show cause dated 29.06.2019 that preceded the impugned order. 4. The petitioner has come to this Court long after the GST Registration of the petitioner was cancelled. Considering the same, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to apply for a fresh GST Registration in the manner known to law. No costs.
