PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: 2 ORDER Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present. Sri D.V.V.S.S.N.H.Bhujanga Rao, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner/Accused has deposited an amount of Rs.1,85,000/- before the learned Trial Court on 12.12.2019. The Respondent No.2/complainant is at liberty to withdraw the said amount by furnishing sufficient sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Ms. Taddi Sowmya Naidu, learned Counsel is appointed as learned Mediator in this case and has submitted mediator’s report. In view of the mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Chodavaram, in C.C.No.67 of 2013, dated 09.01.2016, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.5 of 2017, dated 29.07.2019, by the learned I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ There shall be no order as to costs.
