WA No. 327 of 2026 To set aside the order dated 23.08.2023 in W.P.No.13895/2019 in so far as the back wages to 50 percent from the date of dismissal to the date of reinstatement after deducting the 17B wages already paid and not granting full back wages as granted by the Hon’ble Labour Court from the date of dismissal to the date of award and from the date of award till reinstatement and thus render justice.
