This writ petition was filed by Committee of Management of a Government aided Intermediate College in 2018, seeking the following relief:- (i) Issue Writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari Quashing the Impugned Order dated 29.03.2017 so far as it relates to the selection of Assistant Teacher Sanskrit at Public Inter college Jakheti Pauri Garhwal. 4. The impugned order is on record as Annexure 4 to the writ petition. Perusal of the said order reveals that the State Government had issued a direction to Director, Secondary Education to suspend the process of selection for appointment to teaching post, in view of notification dated 04.01.2017, whereby Service Regulations applicable to Teachers were amended. In sum and substance, by the impugned order Director was directed to hold selection, as per the amended Regulations. UKHC010051202018 2026:UHC:5249 5. The writ petition was filed in 2018. Whether old Regulations would govern the field or selection has to be made as per the amended Regulations, cannot be questioned by the Committee of Management, which is the employer. None of the candidates, who participated in the selection, has come forward to file the writ petition. Thus, the relief, as claimed, cannot be granted in this writ petition. 6. The writ petition, filed on behalf of Management of Committee, which is the employer, cannot be entertained. 7. The writ petition, therefore, fails and is dismissed.
