This writ petition is filed by Association of Nature Guide registered by Jim Corbett National Park Administration for Gypsy Safari. Petitioner has challenged order dated 02.05.2026 passed by Deputy Conservator of Forest, Ramnagar Forest Division, whereby one Nature Guide, namely, Mr. Bhuwan Chandra S/o Mr. Chandra Shekhar was shifted from Pawalgarh Gate to Bhandarpani Gate of the National Park. 4. Petitioner contends that the sanctioned strength of Nature Guide for Bhandarpani Gate is 36 and there are 36 Nature Guides registered against those vacancies, therefore, Nature Guide cannot be shifted to Bhandarpani Gate in excess of sanctioned strength. 5. Learned State Counsel, on instructions however, submits that Mr. UKHC010099642026 2026:UHC:5172 Bhuwan Chandra S/o Chandra Shekhar made a request for temporarily shifting him from Pawalgarh Gate to Bhandarpani Gate, as his father is seriously ill and had to undergo bypass surgery, and having regard to extreme urgency, Mr. Bhuwan Chandra was temporarily shifted to Bhandarpani Gate. He further submits that once the health condition of father of Mr. Bhuwan Chandra improves, then he will be shifted back to Pawalgarh Gate. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner then submits that if Mr. Bhuwan Chandra is temporarily shifted and he will go back to the Gate where he was originally registered, then petitioner does not have any grievance left in the matter. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by taking the statement of learned State Counsel on record. It is further provided that once the health condition of father of Mr. Bhuwan Chandra improves, then he shall be sent back to the Pawalgarh Gate.
