Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced copy of order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh. The same is taken on record. 3. A perusal of order reveals that the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that he has not completed three years contract services as on 31.03.2018 and thus his services cannot be regularized at par 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? This Court had given the direction only to decide the representation made by the petitioner in light of decisions in Yashwant Singh and others and Niketa Chauhan. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to assail the order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, in accordance with law. 6.
