According to the petitioner, she filed election petition challenging the election of respondent no. 2 as Member, Kshetra Panchayat, however, the proceedings of the election petition are moving at a very slow pace. The election petition was reportedly filed on 29.08.2025. Petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to decide the same expeditiously. 4. Having regard to the fact that election petition was filed only in the last week of August, 2025, this Court is not inclined to fix any timeline. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a request to court concerned to make endeavour to decide the election petition at an early date.
