1. The present petition has been filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, on behalf of the claimant before learned Arbitrator, seeking extension of mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and on instructions submits that they have no objection to the present petition.
3. This Court is further informed that the parties have already given their consent for extension of mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is another connected matter, which is also being taken up by the learned Arbitrator.
5. It is submitted that the parties involved in both arbitrations are identical. It is further submitted that in the other matter, pleadings just got This is a digitally signed order. 7. It is further submitted that a further period, till 31 August, 2025 till date, be regularized. st
8. Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the following directions are issued: December, 2026, be granted as extended period of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. I. The mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator from 31st II. The mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended till 31 August, 2025 till date, is regularized. st
9. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
