Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct an independent, time-bound, and unbiased investigation into the matter through a specialized investigative agency, such as the Crime Investigation Department (CID) or the dedicated Cyber Crime Wing, with a further direction to take immediate steps for tracing, freezing, as well recovering the total defrauded sum of Rs. 1,28,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Twenty- Eight Lakhs Only) from the bank accounts, digital wallets, and financial channels of Respondents Nos.

5 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM WRIT PETITION NO: 19038 of 2026 The Court made the following Order:
Instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus to direct the Respondents Nos.2 to 5 to immediately register a regular criminal case/First Information Report (FIR) based on the statutory complaints and representations preferred by the Petitioner against Respondents Nos. 6 to 9 along with the available documentary evidence, in the interest of justice pending
disposed of the above writ petition and to pass”.
2. Conspectus of facts in the present Writ Petition is that, despite the petitioner’s complaint to the police personnel, the respondent police are not acting upon the same by registering an FIR, thereby lodging criminal proceedings
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the Written Instructions dated 24.07.2026 of the Superintendent of Police, Prakasam District submits that basing on the petitioner's complaint, police registered FIR in Crime
6 No.412 of 2026 of Ongole Taluk UPS Police Station, Prakasam District and the investigation is going on.
4. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the factum of registration of FIR.
5. Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed. No
order as to costs.
6. Needless to state that petitioner is at liberty to work out legal remedies in the manner known to the law.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
