ORAL ORDER In this petition, the limited prayer of the petitioners is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the LR Application dated 27.03.2023 filed in the suit in O.S.No.660/2017 * as well as the suit as expeditiously as possible, within a stipulated time frame.
2. The said submission is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Trial Court, before whom LR Application dated 27.03.2023 filed in the suit in O.S.No.660/2017 is pending is directed to dispose of the said application, * as well as the said suit, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
