The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder: “…..this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the amount to the petitioner in accordance with the two quality control certificates i.e., dated 23.05.2025 for a sum of Rs.8,10,563/-and 2. for a sum of Rs.7,91,047/- issued by the respondents, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order….” 2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors furnished a copy of Letter No.FIN01- FMU0MISC/350/2022(1778130), dated 07.08.2026, issued by the 2nd respondent, wherein it is stated that the Finance Department has received the following bills in respect of the present contempt case and the same have been cleared. Therefore, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors requested this Court to close the contempt case. 4 VS,J C.C.No.1810 of 2026 4. Recording the above submissions and, in view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed.
