The present contempt petition has been preferred alleging non- compliance of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed in Writ C No. 29152 of 2025 which required the opposite party to consider the application of the applicant. 3. Today instructions have been produced by Shri Pawan Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, though notices were not issued. However, he submits that he has obtained instructions annexing therewith the copy of the order dated 14.11.2025. 4. The said fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, the contempt application stands consigned to record, leaving it open for the applicant to question the said order before appropriate forum in accordance with law. 6.
