The period of one year is going to expire from the date of passing of order i.e.,18.02.2025. Under these circumstances, Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India by way of representation and pleaded that no further adjudication on merits need to be undertaken. It is further contended that before initiation of disciplinary proceedings, two applications were submitted.
