No. 248 / 9, known as Bebatkanudu Tank, to an extent of Ac. 1.65 cents at Voppangi Village, Srikakulam Mandal, Srikakulam District by considering the petitioner’s representations dated 29.05.2026 and 25.05.2026, as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and violation of G.O.Ms.No. 188, dated 21.07.2011 and order in W.P. (P.I.L.) No. 140 / 2022, dated 14.09.2022 and the principles of natural justice; and consequently direct the respondents to take necessary action to evict the encroachers from aforesaid land by considering petitioner’s representations and pass such other order as this Court deems fit. 2. Sri G. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, is present. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and filed a memo dated 10.08.2026 to that effect. 4.
