Also heard Mr. S.K.Medhi, learned Central Government Counsel, for the respondents/ opposite parties. 2. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of the delay of 48 days in preferring the connected Writ Appeal against the Judgment and Order (Oral) dated 11.03.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) Page No.# 3/3 No. 3123/2025. 3. Perused the averments made in the application. 4. Mr. Medhi, learned CGC submits that he has no instruction to object to the present application. 5. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 48 days in preferring the connected appeal. 6. We, therefore, condone the delay. 7. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed off. 8.
